ATB Financial Lethbridge Rotary Dragon Boat Festival

…is coming up this weekend, June 23 – 25.

There are still quite a few spots available to help out with the bike valet service and we really need the help as it is very popular with folks biking into Henderson Lake to avoid all the parking congestion. Please sign up using the Google Sheet (click on the second tab along the bottom).

Karen from and Henry from the County of Lethbridge will be with us to answer your questions about apps and the new regional trail.

If you have any questions, please ask by emailing

In June 2004, Heather MacDermid and her partner loaded up the bikes and headed east from their Vancouver home, full of doubt that they would arrive at the far side of the continent in September. 7800 km later, two lean, tanned, mellow vagabonds rolled into Halifax, making fools of their former naysayer selves.

Heather will share the agonies and ecstasies of ten weeks in the saddle, talking about their journey and relating the little things that add up to the grand experience of bike touring.
