Step 2: Read the Terms & Conditions

1. Each person wishing to become a member must have their own and separate membership (BCA does not have group, joint or family memberships).
2. BCA membership is open to any person 18 years of age and over. Application for membership requires verification that the applicant is 18 years of age or over. (see contact information above)
3. Anyone under the age of 18 may apply for an BCA associate membership provided he or she has the consent of a parent or guardian. (see contact information above)
4. All information provided is for the sole purpose of assigning BCA membership and as a means for BCA to periodically contact it's members directly.
5. Information provided will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be shared directly or indirectly with any other person, business or agency.
6. If at any time a BCA member wishes to cancel his or her membership, upon receipt of a request by email or in writing, BCA will completely remove all provided information from its database and files and verify it has done so by an email or in writing.
7. Membership fees will not be refunded in whole or in part for the current or any past membership period.
8. Any member wishing to determine what information BCA has on file may request a report. Such a request must be made in writing and signed by the member or a legal representative.
